| The annual meeting of the International
Board was held in October 2008 in Jurmala, Latvia. We were joined by
Latvian Friends for Meeting for Worship on the Sunday morning. Representatives came from Baltimore, Britain, Germany, Japan, Pacific, and Philadelphia Yearly Meetings, together with members of Moscow and Latvia Monthly Meetings. Also in the picture are three partners of Board members.
